Differentiated Instruction — Get to know your students

I designed this non-graded questionnaire to invite students into the dialogue of how I can best serve their interests and needs.

With the answers they provide, you will have insight into how you can differentiate instruction, both in content and skill. While I do not advocate grading their responses A thru F, I do take the opportunity to formatively assess their writing and construct grammar and writing lessons from the results they produce. I also complete the questionnaire fresh each year so that my new group of students can learn a bit about me. I recommend using this early in the beginning of the new school year.
