Further, it is assumed here that knowledge develops and grows through teachers’ engagement and discussion with one another.
Take, give, inspire, grow, exchange, nurture, develop — teachers are always deeply engaged in relationships with ideas.
We believe in a free exchange of ideas where we credit one another for marking signposts along the way. This approach has historically always strengthened and furthered us.
And while we believe that teachers should be treated as professionals and compensated appropriately for their work and expertise, those payments must come from sources other than ourselves.
